Hello. I’m Mark Mills and I’ve been working as a plumbing and heating engineer for over 20 years. This has allowed me to build up a vast amount of experience, allowing me to work quickly and to a high standard.

I’m Gas Safe and Oftec registered so you can rely on me to safely carry out breakdown, service and installation work on most domestic plumbing and heating systems.

I am based in Mount Hawke, just outside Truro and cover most of the TR postcodes.

From a dripping tap to a new heating installation, I provide a reliable and friendly plumbing service.

For most of the TR postcode, I provide a fixed charge of £60 for the first hour, including travel, and only £35 per hour for additional hours. I'm not VAT registered, so no VAT  to pay.

I have 20 years’ experience in plumbing and heating, with a range of qualifications and certificates including Level 3 City and Guilds Plumbing and Level 3 Certificate in Energy Efficiency for Domestic Heating. I also hold certificates in Safe Oil Work, Safe Gas Work, Condensing boiler installation, Combi boiler installation and Hot water systems.

Gas Safe Registered (number 627010). Oftec Business registered (14422).
